Privacy

There are no accounts and no sign-in. The contact form asks for your name, email address, a topic and a message so we can reply. Normal page loads also send basic usage data to Google Analytics (measurement ID G-RB6ZBV0P5T) so we can see which pages are visited.

The site itself is a set of static files: there is no database on this origin that stores who you are.

Google Analytics 4 runs on ordinary pages (not printouts or embed widgets). It records page views and related usage signals through Google’s scripts. Google may set cookies or use local storage under its own policies. We do not run a separate advertising pixel of our own.

The public mailbox is info@officeopentoday.com. Messages sent there, including those submitted on the contact page, arrive as ordinary email. We use the address you give only to reply. There is no mailing list and no CRM.

We do not keep a database of contact submissions on this site.

Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the network requests needed to deliver the page, which includes your IP address, and may set essential cookies for security and abuse prevention. That is infrastructure traffic, separate from Google Analytics.

Google Analytics. Pages load scripts from Google Tag Manager / gtag.js and report to property G-RB6ZBV0P5T. Those requests disclose your IP address, the page URL, and related browser metadata to Google under Google’s privacy policy.

Fonts and icons. The page also loads a text typeface and an icon font from Google Fonts. Those requests go from your browser to Google and disclose your IP address and the page you are viewing.

Outbound links. Links to government sources and other external sites take you to organizations with their own privacy practices. We do not control what happens once you leave.

This site does not set first-party cookies of its own for accounts or preferences. Google Analytics may store cookies or similar identifiers via Google’s scripts. Cloudflare may also set essential cookies for security and abuse prevention.

If this site adds advertising or any further visitor observation beyond what this page describes, this page will be updated to say so before that change goes live — not afterwards.
